  • Q: [Cosmetics] Do you sell authentic products?

    We provide 100% real, original and authentic cosmetics as well as fresh cosmetics.

    We only sell authentic products.

    Once we receive your orders, we directly contact brand offices or official agencies to receive the fresh products.


    In fact, it is much more difficult to get imitation or fake products. (Although we've never tried).

    We can compensate you million times worth of your payment if the products are not real.


    If you request, we will send you our business license along with the invoice before you pay us. If you are still suspicious of our products, you can start by ordering small amount first.


    In addition, we always take pictures before we pack and send them to you. When we take the pictures in order to prove the products are authentic, you can ask us to take the pictures in the angle you want.


  • Q: [Cosmetics] I want to buy samples.

    We only provide samples of a few brands. 

    At this moment, we supply 'Laneige', 'Sulwhasoo', and 'Etude House' samples as an official order. Except for these brands, to supply samples of other brands is not possible. 

    We also provide some samples for free to our clients, as our gift. The samples' brands and items will be randomly selected based on our stock status, and they are shipped with your parcels.

    However, please note that if there is no stock for samples, we would not be providing samples.

  • Q: [Payment] What is supplying rate?

    Supplying rate is the contrary concept of discount rate.

    If the supplying rate of A brand is 55%, it means we supply A brand at 45% of the retail price.

    In case that the retail price of A is 10,000 won and supplying rate is 55%,

    5,500 won (=10,000 X 55%) is the wholesale price of A.

  • Q: [Order] Why is the wholesale price same as retail price in the product list?

    When you open the product list, you can see that retail price is same as wholesale price.

    It is because the supplying rate in H2 Cell is set 100% in the beginning.

    After you type in your order Q'ty per product,  the total order amount will be summed up automatically.

    Then, please revise the supplying rate according to our standard rates. The wholesale prices will be also revised.

  • Q: [Payment] I want to pay by USD or HKD or etc

    We prefer Korean Won. But we also accept HKD, RMB, and other currency as well.

    In this case, we suggest exchange rate and clients must follow the rate.

    When you send us an order list, kindly let us know your payment currency if you need.

  • Q: [Cosmetics] Do you sell fresh cosmetics?

    After we receive the down payment from you, we start arranging the products as you ordered. 

    We receive most of cosmetics directly from brand offices and their branches.

    Thus, all cosmetics are as fresh as possible. The products we supply are all normally manufactured within 6 months.

  • Q: [Payment] What is remittance charge and who pays that?

    Buyers must take care of all remittance charges occurred during international money transfer by wire transfer (T/T) or PayPal.


    As per our experience, the charges are around USD 30 to USD 50.


    That's why we request clients to send us money with USD 50 to cover these charges.

    [ In terms of wire transfer (Bank transfer) ]

    There are 3 kinds of remittance charges:

    -Your bank (local bank) charge,

    -Intermediary bank charge,

    -Our bank (beneficiary bank) charge,

    during international money transfer through wire transfer (bank transfer).

    Some banks need a US Intermediary bank (corresponding bank) to process wire transfers, and this will result in an additional charge.
    The intermediary bank may deduct the fee from the payment, which is why sometimes the amount we receive is less than the amount you transfer.


    In addition, there is beneficiary bank charge which is the transfer charge requested by the head bank of our bank.
    Your transfer money will be sent to a corresponding bank (not directly to our account) and therefore the banks will charge fees from the sent amount.


  • Q: [Payment] I want to send money by Paypal.

    Our only payment method is T/T, wire transfer. 


    Paypal takes longer for us to receive the money than receiving it from wire transfer (T/T).

    Then, it takes around 3 to 5 working days for us to withdraw money from our PayPal account after we receive your payment.


    However, wire transfer (T/T) only takes around 1 to 3 working days. (Sometimes, it takes only a few hours.)

    Therefore, the period of PayPal transaction is much longer than the period of wire transfer on average.

    PayPal also applies higher exchange rates than normal banks, the extra charges might be more expensive than T/T. 

    ​** Our payment currency is Korean Won(KRW).

    - We use KRW because we do not want to exploit the money using benefit from exchange fluctuation. 

    ​- Although you send us USD or other currencies, KRW will be automatically deposited in our bank account after being exchanged from USD to KRW.

    Thus, we do NOT accept Paypal payment. 

    Hope you kindly understand our policy. 

  • Q: [Payment] I want to save remittance charges.

    You can remit money to us by four ways as below.

    - Option A : sending money by US dollars without paying all local and overseas bank charges.
    - Option B : sending money by US dollars with paying all local and overseas bank charges from your account.
    - Option C : sending money by Korean won without paying all local and overseas bank charges after
    exchanging your currency for Korean won.
    - Option D : sending money by Korean won with paying all local and overseas bank charges from your account after exchanging your currency for Korean won.

    Under Option C and D condition, you have to spend extra charges as much higher exchange rate should be applied than the rate of banks in Korea.

    In addition, wire transfer by Korean won is slower than wire transfer by US dollars.
    Therefore, we do not recommend you to remit by Option C or D.

    If you remit by Option B or D, you would be requested much more expensive beneficiary bank charge that would be around USD 20 to USD 40.
    However, if the beneficiary bank charge is requested to us in Korea, the charge would be only KRW 5,000 (around USD 4.7) or KRW 10,000 (around USD 9.4).

    Thus, we strongly recommend you to send us money by Option A.


  • Q: [Delivery] Are all products packed by bubble wrap?

    We pack the products very carefully since most of them are fragile and delivered from Korea to overseas.

    Thus, we use bubble wrap to pack the products firmly.

    However, please note that we pack only fragile items individually with bubble wrap and the products with paper cases 

    are usually not packed individually if not requested.

  • Q: [Delivery] I want to know the exact shipping cost in advance.

    We do our best to provide your order as you ordered.

    However, please be informed that sometimes, the brand offices do not hold their products 100%, so there is a 

    possibility to be out of stock or lack of stock. 

    Thus, please kindly understand that we cannot guarantee your all ordered products to be sent. 

    This is the reason why we request you only 50% down payment.

    Also, the gross weight could be easily changed based on how to pack.

    If you order the products by box unit, we do not need to use bubble wrap or other materials to prevent damage.

    The gross weight can increase if we use materials to pack the products. 

    Due to the above two reasons, we cannot define the exact delivery charge in advance.

  • Q: [Delivery] I want to know estimated shipping cost and delivery period.

    We send out products to the world by EMS (Express Mail Service).

    EMS is the simplest and easiest way for us to deliver goods to the world.

    The EMS delivery charges are imposed according to the gross weight of a parcel.


    To get estimated delivery charges in advance, you can multiply product's capacity and 3 .

    (Sometimes multiply capacity and 4 ~ 6. It depends on the package condition of the items.)

    The reason we need to multiply 3 is because of carton box and bubble wrap. The weight includes bubble wrap, carton box, tape, and etc.  

    For example, if you order skin(100ml) 20 pcs, cream(50g) 10pcs, essence(40ml) 20 pcs, we could calculate as below.

    (100 X 20 X 3) + (50 X 10 X 3) + (40 X 20 X 3) = 9.9 Kg.


    Once you know the gross weight, you can check below for the EMS international delivery charge.

    1. Set the shipment type - Others (NOT Documents).

    2. Select Destination and Gross weight(Actual Weight).

  • Q: [Delivery] What if received products are damaged?

    We pack goods very carefully with bubble wrap and deliver goods by EMS to prevent unexpected damage.

    However, we pack only fragile items individually with bubble wrap and paper cases are usually not packed individually if not requested.

    Please note that we are not responsible for any damaged paper cases during delivery.

    Since the goods are delivered from Korea to overseas, it is impossible for us to find the reason why the goods are damaged.

    Thus, we do not accept the goods refund. To avoid any inconvenience, we always take pictures of each product and send them to our clients. 

    Fortunately, there has been no critical dispute due to the condition of products.

    We always try our best to pack goods very firmly!

  • Q: [Order] Minimum order amount per brand and Minimum order Q'ty per product

    Our minimum order amount (MOA) per brand is KRW 300,000 based on wholesale price. (Some brands have higher MOA.)

    Please check the exact supplying rates and minimum order amount/quantity on the following page after logging in.

    We have minimum order quantity (MOQ) per product. 

    This MOQ is 'box quantity' in our order lists and every product has different box quantity. You may need to order a product by the multiples of box quantity.

  • Q: [Order] Interested product is not listed in your order list.

    New items or old items may not be on the list since we cannot update all items at all the time. 

    In this case, you can make an order list except for the unlisted products.

    After that, please simply let us know the product's name and your order quantity when you send us an order list.

    If your requested products are orderable, we will add the products to the invoice. 

    However, please also note that your requested products may not be orderable due to several reasons such as discontinued, out of stock, and etc. 

    Therefore, if there is no product in the list, please kindly check with us whether the product is available or not first.

  • Q: [Order] I want to revise your order lists.

    We are afraid that to revise our order lists is not allowed.

    The original order lists make us work easily and quickly so that we can give you the fast and best service.

    Please note that our all order lists are locked and you are able to write the order q'ty only.

  • Q: [Others] Do products have English labels?

    As we provide many brands and products, we cannot guarantee that all products have English labels.

    Even though many brands are trying to make English labels along with Korean labels these days, we cannot fully confirm that all products have English labels.

  • Q: [Others] I need documents or certificates.

    Please note that the only official documents that we can provide you is a commercial invoice and packing list.

    A few clients sometimes request us to provide the documents below.


    MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet), Qualitative and quantitative composition of the products,
    Copy of the labeling (primary and secondary packaging), Product Information File, and etc.


    Please note that We are just a wholesaler.

    Only a manufacturer or the headquarter of every brand can provide those documents to their official contractors in certain countries. Thus, we are not able to provide these documents. 

    Additionally, those include confidential information to make cosmetics so that it is impossible for us to get them. 

    The contractors should take care of all unexpected side effect or other problems caused by the cosmetics in the country on the behalf of the brand office.

  • Q: [Others] I want to visit your office.

    For those who are planning to visit our office in Seoul, we welcome you every Wednesday and Thursday from 3 p.m to 4 p.m.


    Before you visit our office, please let us know in advance and send us the below information to info@kcosw.com  


    • The date you are planning to visit our office
    • Some information about your company
    • What product/brand you are interested in
    • Your rough order amount and etc.  

    It will help us a lot to prepare for the meeting with the above.

  • Q: [Order] Can I order several brands with minimum order amount?

    Our MOA(minimum order amount) per brand is KRW 300,000 based on wholesale price.

    For the brands below, we accept smaller order quantity than MOQ (box q'ty) if you accept higher supplying rates.

    ** Aritaum, Banila Co, Etude house, Hera, It's Skin, Innisfree, Iope, Laneige, Mamaonde, Missha, Su:m 37, Sulwhasoo, Tonymoly, The History of Whoo 

    We apply extra 2~3% supplying rates for the whole brand order when your order q'ty is not matched with box q'ty. 

    For the brands that are not above, those must be ordered as per box q'ty

  • Q: [Payment] Which exchange rate is applied?

    There are different exchange rates depending on how and what currency you exchange.

    That is because banks get some profits when exchanging the currency.

    Our main bank is Woori bank in Korea (Swift code: HVBKKRSEXXX). 

    So, we request money based on the exchange rates of Woori bank.

    The image shows you different exchange rate on December 26, 2017. 


    The standard exchange rate                    : USD 1 = KRW 1,076.00

    The exchange rate when sending by T/T   : USD 1 = KRW 1,086.40

    The exchange rate when receiving by T/T : USD 1 = KRW 1,065.60 (*This is the exchange rate we apply on the invoice.)

  • Q: [Delivery] Do you deliver cosmetics to our country?

    Many clients ask us "Do you deliver cosmetics to our country?"

    The answer is "Yes!"

    We can send out products to all foreign countries by EMS(Express Mail Service, our only delivery method).

    There are NO limits for us to send out cosmetics to the world.

    However, please note that it does not mean the cosmetics will be delivered to you without any problems.

    Rarely, the parcels might be caught by customs offices in your country or be returned to us (Korea).

    In addition, you may have to pay taxes (duties) on the cosmetics to your customs office in order to receive the goods.

    Therefore, please check the customs issue via EMS in your country before you order.

    Besides EMS delivery, you or your forwarding partner can directly pick up the products from our office. We can also send out products to the designated place (it may be your forwarding company) in Korea. In this case, a local delivery charge is KRW 5,000 per box and the maximum weight is 20 kg per box. 

  • Q: [Others] My account isn't activated / I don't receive the activation mail.

    If you don't receive the activation mail, please check the spam mail box first.

  • Q: [Membership] How to find your account info (password)

    When you forget your password, you can get the password by yourself.

  • Q: [Others] The brand is on sale now, can I get the better rate?

    Many brands regularly have a promotional discount in Korea.

    Therefore, as clients think, you can get a cheaper price as we do wholesale.

    Only a few products apply 50% discount and others apply 40%, 25%, 10% etc.

    So, you may think our prime cost is almost same as normal.

    In Fact, it's much harder for us(as a wholesaler) to arrange products because when a brand office designate a certain product as a discount product, the products would be limited to order and it causes lack of stock to arrange.

    To be short,

    1. A brand's promotional discount is another matter with wholesale.

    2. We can't get cheaper price during a brand's promotional discount event.

  • Q: [Order] What is box quantity(Box Q'ty)?

    Box quantity is the number of a product in the smallest official package.

    If the box quantity is 10 for A product, it means that there are 10ea of A products in one small carton box. 

    (It is not 10 boxes, 10 individual pieces of A product.)

    You can check the box quantity in the "H" cell of our updated order lists.

    Please note that box quantity can be easily changed due to the brand offices' manufacturing process.

    The products will be arranged as per the exact box quantity.  

    Orders with box quantity help us to check and pack the products. This will also help to prevent unexpected damage during delivery. Sometimes, we need to reorder products because the products are damaged during local delivery.

    ** Please note that if you don't order the products as per Box Q'ty, we apply extra 2~3% of supplying rates. Thus, we recommend you to have your order quantity matched with box quantity.

    ** Below brands must be ordered as per box quantity. Smaller order quantity is NOT acceptable.

  • Q: [Delivery] Check your country's Maximum delivery weight (20kg / 30kg)
    When we pack the products, the gross weight is normally from 20 kg to 30kg.

    Usually, 30kg is the maximum weight of EMS delivery.

    However, some countries(Look at the picture below) limit its maximum weight to 20kg.

  • Q: [Order] Why is wholesale price of invoice different from my order list?
    All of the order lists on our site are set to over KRW 3,000,000 supplying rates based on wholesale price.

    For example, Mamonde brand has 61% of supplying rate if your order amount is over KRW 3,000,000.

    However, customers' order amount always varies and therefore, different supplying rate is applied. 

    If your order amount for Mamonde brand is KRW 400,400, we apply 65% of supplying rate in the invoice and inform you like:


    Even though 61% of supplying rate is applied when you make an order list, we can always revise this supplying rate based on wholesale price for your invoice. 

    Please be informed that there is the latest 'Wholesale Supplying Rate' file in our Order Board, so customers may check the exact supplying rate in advance.   
  • Q: [Cosmetics] Expiration Date of Cosmetics
  • Q: [Order] When can I reorder 'out of stock' product?

    We are afraid to say that we cannot guarantee the exact time of re-order. 

    If out of stock & lack of stock products are not the best selling / new products, we may provide them in a few weeks.
    But if they are the best selling / new products, it would take even a few months.

    It is because the main warehouse of the brands provides only small quantities of the products to their branches and suppliers. 

    Thus, we are not sure when the products are re-stocked again. 

    We suggest that you may wait for a while and we would let you know the stock status. 

  • Q: [Delivery] Do you have enough experience to work with LBC?

    Yes, We have a lot of experience to work with LBC!

    Receiving the parcels by EMS (which is our delivery method) is quite risky due to the customs in the Philippines. Thus, we recommend you to use LBC Korea to receive the parcels. 

    Please kindly contact LBC Korea by yourself because you may need to arrange the shipment and make the payment with them, not LBC Philippines. Please do not contact LBC PH!

    For your reference, we tell you delivery charge and notice from LBC Korea (HanPass) below.

    Delivery Charge will have been increased by 1st Feb, 2018 as below.

    <Air Cargo Rates> 


    *The price is the same regardless of your final destination.

    *Tax is EXCLUDED on the price. The tax will be 20% of the price.

      So, a total delivery charge will be: price + price × 20% (for tax).

    *It will take 3-5 days from LBC Korea to Maynila and Luzon as of departure date.
      It will take 5-7 days from LBC Korea to Visayas and Mindanao as of departure date.

      LBC will send your products out every day.

    *If we sent your products out by airplane, we will register them as a gift on the export declaration.

      And we will pack under 12 pieces as per product in one box. So, we don't recommend air cargo for shipment.

    <Sea Cargo Rates>


    *You can use a Jumbo box or a Regular box.

      If you use the Jombo box, we can pack up to 80kg and LBC Korea (HanPass) will deliver it to their office and

    your place on their own. They will provide free delivery and pick-up service.

      If you use the Regular box, we can pack up to 20kg, deliver it to LBC office and LBC will deliver it to your place.

      If your parcels are heavier than 30 Kg, the extra fee is KRW 1,500 per kg. 

     There is no fee for using Jumbo box / no delivery fee for using Jumbo box

    *It will take 3 weeks from LBC Korea to Maynila and Luzon as of departure date.
      It will take 4 weeks from LBC Korea to Visayas and Mindanao as of departure date.

      LBC Korea (HanPass) will send your products out once a week.

  • Q: [Delivery] What should I do when my parcels are caught by customs office?

    Parcels can be caught by customs office in each country. 

    It rarely happens, but customs duty and other taxes like import tariff, additional tax, VAT and etc. may be imposed when the shipment reaches your country. 

    If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office. Policies on those taxes vary in each country and you may contact the customs office at your country for more details. 

    We, KCOS only handle export declaration by our side in Korea. Thus, you may need to take care of import declaration with your customs agent. After the arrival of parcels, you may check whether import declaration is needed with your post office or customs office. Also, these offices in your country may inform you about this process so that import declaration is made and a buyer can receive the parcels well.

    Thus, we strongly recommend you to track your parcels with the tracking number we send you.

  • Q: [Order] Canceling / Getting a refund of the products when they are out of stock, lack of stock

    Please note that some of your ordered products might not be prepared due to temporarily out of stock, lack of stock or discontinued status. So, you may not get all products as you ordered. 

    We are able to check the fixed quantity after we make the orders to our suppliers as well. After you make the payment, we also pay the products' cost to our suppliers. Then, the suppliers check the fixed order quantity and send us the fresh products. 

    In this process, even though your ordered products are out of stock, we cannot cancel the other products or give you the refund of them because we already pay the products and receive them. 

    This is how it normally works in the wholesaling business. 

    Thus, receiving fewer products than you originally ordered can happen and cancellation and refund of the order are not possible.

  • Q: [Others] I can't access your website due to excess of connection amount.

    If you see this when you try to access our website and fail, the site has literally exceeded the allowable connection amount.

    When too many people access our website, our website doesn't work until it resets.

    The amount reset every day at midnight (00:00 A.M.) in Korean local time (GMT +9).

    Please kindly try to enter in our website next day, when the connection amount has been exceeded.
