Do you send a wholesale price list or catalogue?

Accepted Answer

The full brand list is public and needs no account — every brand we carry, with its current minimum order amount and lead time. Product-level wholesale prices appear as soon as your account is approved, because pricing depends on order volume and brand policy rather than a fixed rate card. We do not send Excel price lists; with live pricing, any file we sent would be wrong within days. Registration is free, and once approved you can build a draft order and see exact totals before committing to anything.

What is your minimum order?

Two separate rules. Each brand sets its own Minimum Order Amount and it must be met by that brand alone: most of our brands sit between ₩3,000,000 and ₩5,000,000, with a small number lower and a couple at ₩10,000,000 or above — the live figure for every brand is on the catalogue. Separately, you buy in whole boxes, and a box cannot be split: if a product’s box is 60 pcs, the quantities that exist are 60, 120, 180. Hot Deals, which are items already in our stock, carry no brand minimum at all. Group Orders waive it too, but they are open to Group Buyers with a pre-funded Credit balance and are currently limited to selected brands.

Do you ship to my country, and what does it cost?

We ship worldwide by EMS, K-Packet, EMS Premium via FedEx, and DHL Express — but which of those are offered depends on your destination, so please do not budget around a method before checking. The Shipping Calculator gives you the real figure for your country and weight in seconds, with no login. You can also nominate your own freight forwarder to collect from our Seoul warehouse, in which case we charge no shipping fee at all. Import duties and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility.

How do I know the products are authentic?

We buy directly from the Korean brand headquarters after your order is placed. We keep no general inventory and never source from open markets or trading intermediaries. Every shipment leaves with a Commercial Invoice and Packing List issued in our own name — CROBO Corp., a Korean corporation operating since 2013 — which is your proof the goods were dispatched from Korea. A non-preferential Certificate of Origin is available on request for a fee, and where your sales channel complies with the brand’s policy we can also issue a Confirmation of Authentic Supply letter.

How long does it take to receive an order?

We do not manufacture anything, so you are waiting on sourcing rather than production: we purchase from the brand headquarters after your order is paid. Typically 2 to 3 calendar weeks from confirmed payment to dispatch, 1 to 2 weeks when your order coincides with a purchase order we are about to place, and 3 to 4 weeks or more for the highest-demand brands. Add shipping transit on top of that, which depends on the method available for your country — the Shipping Calculator shows it. Each brand also publishes its own lead time on the catalogue.

How do I pay?

International bank transfer (T/T) is the standard method, and PayPal is available for USD payments at higher fees. You can also pre-fund a KCOSW Credit balance, which confirms instantly and takes banking delays out of every order afterwards. Payment terms are a 50% deposit or 100% upfront. We cannot take card or cryptocurrency payments directly, but if a bank wire is difficult from your country, Wise, Western Union and Remitly all reach us normally — and you can fund those with your card.
