How to Use the KCOSW Official AI Assistant

What Is Crome?

Crome is the KCOSW Official AI Assistant for global Korean cosmetics wholesale buyers. It can help you understand KCOSW, research brands, compare market-fit products, search wholesale product data, create order drafts, and check order status.

The most important point is this: not every chatbot has the same capability. Some chats can only read your prompt and guide you. The official KCOSW GPT can call KCOSW APIs when you provide your Secure API Key / UID.

There Are Three Ways to Use KCOSW AI

1. Official KCOSW GPT without UID

You can ask general questions about KCOSW, order methods, shipping, lead time, and brand recommendations. However, wholesale prices, order drafts, and order status require your KCOSW UID.

2. Official KCOSW GPT with UID

This is the most powerful mode. After you provide your UID, the assistant can search KCOSW product data, show wholesale prices and box quantities, create an order draft, and return a Review & Submit link for kcosw.com.

3. General Chatbots with a Copied Prompt

If you copy a KCOSW prompt into Claude, Gemini, or another chatbot, that chatbot may not be able to call KCOSW APIs directly. In that case, it can help you plan an order or understand policies, but live prices and draft creation must be done through the KCOSW Official GPT or the KCOSW dashboard.

What Is a UID?

Your UID is your KCOSW Secure API Key. It connects the assistant to your approved buyer account. You can copy it after logging in to KCOSW.

Keep your UID private. Use it only inside the KCOSW Official GPT or trusted assistant setup provided by KCOSW.

What the Official GPT Can Do with Your UID

• Search products by brand and keyword
• Show wholesale prices in KRW and USD
• Show box quantity so orders are placed in correct multiples
• Show CPNP reference numbers when KCOSW product data provides them
• Create an order draft
• Give you a KCOSW Review & Submit link
• Check recent order status and tracking information when available

Important Limits

The assistant does not finalize payment inside the chat. When it creates an order draft, you must open the KCOSW Review & Submit link and submit the final order on kcosw.com.

Product images may not always appear in the draft review screen. KCOSW does not provide official brand marketing images for resale use, and some product image data may be unavailable in the product cache.

If a CPNP reference number is not shown, it means the number is not currently provided in KCOSW data for that product. It does not automatically mean the product is registered or unregistered.

Best Practice

For live wholesale ordering, use the KCOSW Official GPT with your UID. For general planning, market research, or writing product strategy, copied prompts in other chatbots can still be useful, but always verify live price and order data on KCOSW before purchasing.
