Chuseok Holiday Schedule & System Update

Hello Valued Partners,
Please be advised that our office will be closed for the Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving) holiday from Friday, October 3rd, 2025, to Sunday, October 12th, 2025.
Normal operations will resume on Monday, October 13th, 2025.
Operations During the Holiday Period
- Order Placement: You may continue to submit orders through the website as usual.
- Invoice Issuance: Some automated processes, such as Proforma Invoice issuance, may continue to function for orders that can be processed automatically.
- Deposit Confirmation: Please note that bank deposit confirmations will be paused during this period. All pending deposit verifications will be processed sequentially starting from Monday, October 13th.
A Note on System Stabilization
Thank you for your patience as we continue to stabilize our newly launched system. As we are in the early stages, you may encounter occasional errors or unexpected behavior.
