You Can Now Build an Order Draft by Chatting with Crome

Posted on August 1, 2026

Dear Valued Wholesale Partners,

Our AI assistant Crome can now prepare an order draft with you directly in the chat window. You no longer have to build every order by hand on the order board.

Two ways to use it

1. You already know what you want

Tell Crome the products and quantities — or paste a list of barcodes with quantities — and it creates the draft right away.

"Create an order draft: 8809640730092 x 200, 8800307370859 x 150"

2. You want help choosing

This is the new part. Ask Crome to put the order together for you:

"I want to order Anua. Put together a basket that meets the minimum order amount."

Crome looks up that brand's catalogue and works out a combination of full boxes that reaches the brand's Minimum Order Amount. It then shows you the basket as a table — product, barcode, box quantity, number of boxes, unit price, line total — with the grand total against the MOA.

Nothing is created until you approve that table. You can ask to swap products, change quantities, or start over as many times as you like.

What stays the same

  • Crome creates a draft only. You still open My Orders > Drafts and click Review & Submit to choose your currency, payment terms and shipping method. Crome never submits an order and never takes a payment.
  • All the usual rules still apply and are checked by our servers: quantities must be full box multiples, the brand MOA must be met, and the 3-brand / 10-product mixing limits apply.
  • Order types Crome can start are Individual Order and Group Order. Hot Deal orders must still be started from the Hot Deals page so the draft is linked to the actual deal.
  • Totals Crome quotes are before volume discounts — the system applies those afterwards, so a large order's final amount can come out slightly lower.
  • Your account must be approved before Crome can show wholesale prices or create drafts.

Where to find it

Support Center > AI Assistant, or the Ask Crome card on your dashboard. Crome replies in your own language.

If anything looks wrong in a draft Crome prepared, simply delete it from My Orders > Drafts and let us know through the Support Center.

Sincerely, KCOSW Team
