Ordering is a relay race

The baton passes between you and KCOSW. You pay twice, and each time you press “Make a Payment” to tell us.

Quick DealsSingle units

Who: Any member with a finished business profile
Minimum: ₩30,000 for the whole cart
Quantity: Single units · mix any brands
Pay with: PayPal (about 8–9.5% fee) or Credit (no fee)
Shipping: Fixed in the cart · pay once

We buy the same day and pack in 1–2 working days. Only items 30%+ off in Korea are listed, so the list changes often.

Hot DealsDiscounted stock

Who: Every member (prices show when signed in)
Minimum: No MOA
Quantity: Full boxes · first come, first served
Pay with: Bank transfer or Credit · same steps as Individual Order

Stock is held only once payment is confirmed. Credit is faster than a wire (2–3 days). Sold out? Full refund to Credit.

Individual OrderStandard wholesale

Who: Every member
Minimum: Each brand’s own MOA (see the catalog)
Quantity: Full boxes. Boxes are never split
Mixing: 1 brand: any number of products · 2–3 brands: 10 products in total, each brand meets its own MOA
Pay with: Bank transfer or Credit · 50% + rest (or 100%)

Group OrderBuy together

Who: Group Buyers only (first Credit deposit ₩2,000,000)
Minimum: No MOA · orders are pooled to reach the brand’s MOA
Quantity: Full boxes
Pay with: Credit only
Schedule: Brands and deadlines on the Order Calendar

The bank check takes 2–3 business days. No cancelling after this.

Where buyers get stuck

Wiring alone tells us nothing

After each wire, press “Make a Payment” and enter the payer name, amount and date. No receipt upload needed.

The first shipping cost is an estimate

We recount it from the packed weight and put it on the final invoice.

Bank fees shrink the amount

If less arrives than invoiced, we ask you for the gap. Send so the full invoice amount arrives.

Rather pay once?

Default: two payments

Products 100% + estimated shipping

Anything extra comes back as KCOSW Credit for your next order.

Invoice currency: KRW or USD?

You choose when you submit. The difference is what stays fixed.

Recommended

The won amount is fixed.
Send KRW or USD. USD is converted to won by the bank on arrival.
Sent a little extra? The extra goes to your Credit, nothing lost.
Short? We ask you for the gap.

Example: ₩1,000,000 billed → you wire USD with a margin → ₩1,012,000 arrives → ₩12,000 goes to Credit

USD invoice

The dollar amount is fixed.
The rate is locked when you submit and used through to the final payment.
The upside: if the rate moves mid-order, your dollar amount does not. Between the deposit and the final payment, currency swings are not your problem.
The trade-off: KCOSW carries that risk, so the locked rate is a little less favorable than market.

Choose it only if your accounting needs a fixed USD figure on the invoice.

How long until I get my goods?

Two chunks of time: ① from submitting to leaving Korea (we prepare) + ② from leaving Korea to your door (delivery).

As fast as 1–2 weeks; popular brands can take 3–4+ weeks. It depends on how quickly the brand ships to us.
Days are Korean business days (no weekends or Korean holidays).
Paying from Credit skips both 2–3 day bank checks, saving 4–6 days.
Quick Deals is different: we buy the same day and pack within 1–2 working days.
